In order to complete your trade account set-up please describe why you are going to purchase the items and for whom with the following information in the email.

• Copy of a business license or business card
• Sales tax documents for all states where you hold a sales tax exemption (for tax exempt customers)
• Name, address and e-mail of any other employees that are authorized to use your trade account.
• Your official business website(if you have one).

3)After the application is approved by us your account would be set as Level 1: trade account with an offer of 10% discount and we will provide you an exclusive coupon code for our first quarterly cooperation.

The future change depend on the past quarterly order quantity:

Level 0: No discount
Level 1: 10% OFF
Level 2: 15% OFF
Level 3: 20% OFF

Q1: Jan-Mar
Q2: Apr-June
Q3: July-Sep
Q:4 Oct-Dec
