Refund policy

At MOON MIRROR, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our mirrors and lighting. We aim to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition. If something is not right, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All original parts and accessories must be included
  • Installed, modified, or improperly handled items are not eligible for return

We recommend carefully reviewing product size, finish, and specifications before purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: support@moonmirror.co with your order ID and photos
  • We will review and provide a resolution promptly

Once confirmed:

  • A free replacement will be provided, or appropriate resolution will be offered
  • No return is required for verified damaged or incorrect items

Order Cancellation

To ensure fast delivery, we typically fulfill orders within 12 hours after placement.

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

An order is considered shipped once:

  • A tracking number has been assigned, or
  • The order has been handed over to the carrier

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.


Return Process

  1. Contact support@moonmirror.co with order details and photos
  2. Wait for approval from our support team
  3. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and return instructions
  4. Use the provided label to return the item (do not ship without authorization)
  5. Refund will be issued after inspection

Refund processing time:

  • 3–5 business days after inspection
  • Additional 7–10 business days may be required depending on your bank

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
  • Return shipping label and warehouse handling fees may apply depending on the situation
  • All costs will be confirmed before processing the exchange

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the issue is due to a product defect or our error → return shipping is covered
  • If the return is due to personal reasons → return shipping may be deducted
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply in non-defect cases

Return Address

Please do not send any returns without prior approval.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
