We usually process the order within 2 days, and it would take 4-8 days to arrive at you.

Because of the COVID-19 impact , sometimes the delivery would be delays. Please don't worry when you do not receive your shipping information, just contact us and please give us some time to fix it with UPS.

All Orders with free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping for standard ground service by UPS,FEDEX.

For customization orders, we will send them from China by expedited shipping.

After I place my order, how long until it arrives?

Our average ETA is currently 4-8 days , however shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues from extremely high demand + COVID-19 impact, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed. 

Fedex and UPS are currently behind on their fulfillment guarantees. Customers are currently experiencing delays on delivery times and tracking updates. In some cases, customers will not receive their first shipping update until the package arrives at the final destination. We apologize for any inconvenience and are doing everything in our power to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

For customization orders, it will take longer time, we appreciate your patience for 15-20 business days. For some special case, the parcel maybe delay, you can cancel the order and get full refund if it doesn't arrive within 30 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping options, FedEx and UPS are currently behind on their fulfillment guarantees.

Customers may experience delays on delivery times and tracking updates. We have warehouses in California to ship your order at no extra charge.

For customization orders, we actually send them from China by expedited shipping, however, you need expect them take 7-10 business days at most to arrive you due to the current shipping condition.

Can I track my purchase?

Yes, you will receive an email with shipping information after we ship out, you will get the tracking number there.

To change or cancel an order that has already been processed, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.

Can you ship to my address?

We only ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or US Protectorates. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

For customization orders, we are expanding to more countries, like England and so on.

If you can finish payment on the page, then it means your address is in our delivery area. 

Can you deliver my order to PO Box?

We only deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

How about import tax/vat if you ship from other country?

Every country have different policy on the tax, we will prepaid the tax if your country allows or require the seller to pay it, the tax would be included in the selling price.

However, if your country require the receiver to pay, then you need pay for it when the product imports at your own.
