We ran a small mirror factory since our grandparents. Our grandparents and their five children ran a mirror factory. After my grandpa retired, my father and uncles took charge of the factory. The moment that changed everything came when our grandpa renovated his home and hired an interior design studio for the project. To our shock, the ordinary bathroom mirror used by the designers was sold to us at five times the price we charged our clients. Not only did we realize our wall mirrors were being sold for a markup, but we had purchased our own mirrors back at an inflated price! It sparked a determination in us to ensure that high-quality mirrors could be offered at more reasonable prices.
