It's easy, no matter you have placed an order or not, you can register account with simple name and email input at https://moonmirror.co/account/register

Then you can find all information of the orders, for example, order confirmation, shipping out notification, delivery and so on.

Further more, we will also send a message to your email or mobile phone you used in the order, if you don't find the email, please check whether your mailbox block our email or not.

For tracking the shipping, you can either found in your account or our mail,  and then input the tracking number at https://moonmirror.co/pages/track-order
